11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Freediver - Freediver 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Scuba diver - Scubadiver

2:00 p.m. Lunch

4 p.m. departure

8:00 p.m. approx. Arrival in Lana
