The DAN Oxygen First Aid for Diving Emergencies course is aimed at divers and non-divers (e.g. boat crews) and teaches the necessary skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of diving injuries and to provide first aid with oxygen until the emergency services arrive or the accident victim is taken to a medical facility. Participants learn the basic skills required to recognise diving accidents and respond appropriately – a great opportunity for experienced divers and diving instructors who want to further their education.
