Is a Ghostwriting Agency a Good Choice?

I have a story idea, but I do not know how to turn it into a good book. I found ghostwriting agency while searching online, but I am not sure what to expect. Has anyone here worked with one before? Was it easy to share your ideas, and did the final work sound like your own voice? I would love to hear real experiences before I decide what to do.
